BOOKING Most of our tours start on a Saturday (you normally arrive in Spain on the Friday) and then run for as many days as you want - there are a huge amount of trails in the region so, if you are really up for it, you could do a full week or more of riding. Arranging a tour Decide what prefered dates you would like to come (if you don't fancy a weekend tour then you are more than welcome to come midweek) and flick us over an email by clicking here, or call TrailWorld (sister company in the UK) on +44 (0) 1582 842244 to make sure we have spaces on your chosen dates. You can also use either of these contact methods to simply have a chat with us to find out more information etc. Once we have confirmed availability and you have paid a £50 deposit per person, the next step is usually to book your flights - have a look at the Resouces page for links to all the major airlines that serve Malaga or Granada airports. Our UK office sends you out confirmation in the post or via email along with details about the tour etc, and from there, Andy and Fran in Spain will keep in contact with you via email, exchange telephone numbers, arrange pick-ups from the airport etc. You can also download our Welcome Pack, which gives you directions to Villanueva Del Trabuco information on the local area and other snippets of information you may find useful. The balance of your tour is due 28 days before your arrival unless otherwise arranged. When you land in Spain If you are making your transport arrangements to Villanueva Del Trabuco or we have arranged car hire on your behalf, go get your baggage and pick up your hire car! - A TOP tip here if you are travelling with friends is to get one of them to collect your bags while you go to the car hire hall and get all the paperwork done - this usually helps you beat any queues! At Malaga Airport, the car hire hall is towards the exit, just before you go out of the doors you head over to the right and down the slope (the car hire hall is actually underneath the baggage reclaim). If you download the Welcome Pack, you will find detailed instructions on how to get to the village by car. Andy and Fran will have arranged a meeting point in the village with you to take you to your accommodation. If you are being picked up by one of our staff, they will meet you as you come out of baggage reclaim - you will have received instructions from Andy and Fran anyway! They will take you straight to your accommodation. Andy and Fran will usually meet up with you in the evening for a chat and give you the lowdown on what to expect during your stay with us - they are very, very sociable! We endeavour to make everything as easy and stress free for you when you arrive in Spain and are always on hand to help with arrangements if required. During your stay Andy and Fran are always happy to guide you to the best restaurants and bars (and will often join you given the slightest opportunity!) as well as give you any advice that you need while you are with us. If you need absolutely anything, just ask and they will try their very best to help! And finally....... We want to hear all about your trip with us - even if it's bad! We are sure you will have a superb time with us in Spain and love seeing all your pictures, video clips and hearing your stories. We like to run our company like a community and have set up various places on the web where you can share stuff with us and the rest of the world. Upload your videos to our TV channel on Vimeo.com, share pics on Flickr and even join our Facebook group. If you want to see what we are up to then we even have a Bloggy thingymajig! Everyone who shares with us gets put in to a free quarterly prize draw to win an activity with us at the TrailWorld Off Road Activity Centre in Hertfordshire, England. Just email us over a story, pics, links to video etc and you will be in the running! We even feature peoples videos on our various websites - you never know, that funny fall that was captured on video could make you famous! Oh, and expect Andy, your guide to be sticking a video cam in your face during your trip to get your feedback!
